Processing of Personal Data

Consent to the processing of personal data for
Summer Music Camp MUSICIANS

1.1. I agree that operator of the Summer Music Camp MUSICIANS, Jan Winkler, ID: 738 59 010, with its registered office at: Bellova 366/32, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno (as well as “administrator”) can proces following personal data, which I as a subject provide to him:

  • name and surname
  • address
  • e-mail address
  • phone number

1.2. Processed personal data consist of basic identification data to verify the identity of the data subject and contact data to communicate with the data subject.

1.3. The administrator processes personal data for the purpose of offering the administrator’s products and services, sending commercial communications through electronic ways and for marketing purposes.

1.4. Personal data will not be provided to any third party.

1.5. The consent to the processing of personal data is granted for a period of five (5) years from its provision or until the moment the consent is revoked.

1.6. Consent is voluntary, it may be refused or it may be revoked any time. Granting consent to the processing of personal data is not a precondition against the conclusion of the contract for the provision of Summer Music Camp MUSICIANS between the data subject and the administrator or its further duration.

1.7. The data subject has the right to request from the administrator the access to the personal data concerning the data of the subject, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, and to raise objections against the processing. The data subject has also the right to data portability. In case of any doubt about the compliance of obligations related to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with a request for remedial measures.

1.8. The consent to the processing of personal data is granted by so-called „double opt-in systém“, via confirmation email, which confirms not only the granting of the consent as such but also the fact that the consent was granted by the authorized person.
